There have been several who have had the issue you had and have had to replace their batteries. Many are still waiting. I have had my car for over 5 months. Less than a month in, I got the service now fault. I was one of the lucky ones and it cleared itself and no more issues with the battery since.

I would be surprised if you still don’t have some of the minor issues that some have complained about after your battery gets swapped out. Most of what I deal with are nuisance items. What is the build of your car? If you can get in the car, there is a plate inside the driver’s door that will give you month and year or you can pop the hood and get the date the cooling fan was installed. It is located on a sticker. Cooling far is where a radiator would be. Based off of the production date, you may not have some of the issues described.

All in all, I feel bad for you having the issue. If it starts taking a while threaten to use the lemon law and things will get expedited. I think you will like the experience when you get the car back. Definitely not the way to start your relationship with EV. Best of luck to you.

Likely it won’t be on your paperwork. If you were inclined, you could go to your dealership and ask for access to the car. It will be sitting on their lot for a long while. You may want to inquire if they have ordered the replacement although I am sure that Honda is going to make them jump through hoops. Get familiar with the requirements of the Lemon Law in your state just in case. One of the things that hurt the profitability of Ford recently was warranty work on the Mach-E. It is not limited to the Prologue.

So I had this same issue pop up yesterday. Preconditioned my battery and did a fast charge yesterday at a Tesla charger for the first time. Driving home "Service Vehicle Soon" and "Service High Voltage System" signs started flashing. Dropped the kids off at school this morning and the alerts were still there but disappeared by themselves when I was driving home.

Brought it into a dealer just to be on the safe side. They claimed that it was a valve issue in the cooling system and replaced the valve and coolant. Still seems to be running fine so keeping my fingers crossed.

That could very well be the extent of the problem. Great you have a dealership that can recognize and correct the issue

The CV noise is likely ok. I went around with it for about 4 months. You need to get into the dealer as soon as you can so they can diagnose it and get the parts on order. It took almost 7 weeks for my parts to come in
